Returns
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
For non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as production has not yet started. After this time, orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom or personalized products
- Digital downloads (if applicable)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
